have an honor to invite you to participate in the international scientific conference on the subject

«INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW SYSTEM IN

A COMPARATIVE CONTEXT»

The conference will take place in the Law School of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on May 14, 2021 in a hybrid system (in the auditorium or via Zoom).

We invite you to participate in the discussion (stationary or via Zoom) on the emerging theoretical and practical issues referring to the intellectual property law.

Сonference topics:

· The place of intellectual property law in the legal system.

· Nationals, international, and European systems of the intellectual property law.

· Basic principles, institutions, and sources of intellectual property law.

Languages proposed for the conference are Ukrainian, English, and Polish.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

The conference proceedings will be published prior to the conference and the participation certificates will be granted to the participants taking active role (in the auditorium or via Zoom) and passive role (as listeners).

Requirements to the conference reports:

· The volume of reports’ briefs up to 5 pages.

· Requirements to the text format:

· Font: Times New Roman, size 14, lines interval 1.5, standard margins (upper, bottom, left and right 2.5 cm);

· The title page shall contain, at the upper right corner: name of the author/authors, name of the university, name of the department/faculty, years and type of education (for doctoral students/applicants);

· Endnotes shall be used in the text.

· Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) is used for the files.
